

I am a project development and management (acquisition and assistance) professional with over 15 years of proven experiences with a number of well known organizations such as U.S. Agency for International Development, United Nations, and several others.
I am equipped with skills throughout the project cycle (cradle to grave) activities from scratch all the way up to design, development, award, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and close outs of contracts, grants, and cooperative agreements.
I have a Masters in business administration from University of Wales, U.K. with special focus on Micro Economics of Competitiveness. I am author of “The Afghan Marble: Afghanistan Marble Industry Competitiveness” published by VDM Publications in Germany, currently available at amazon.com with ISBN number: 978-3-639-23504-3.

I also wrote "the Afghan Etiquettes," a brief cultural guide to expats working in Afghanistan.
I am recipient of six honor and outstanding performance awards from U.S. Agency for International Development in Afghanistan.
